[Mailman-Developers] Installing Mailman3 with mailman bundler fails: Couldn't install: python-social-auth 0.2.9

I "solved" the problem with issuing the command:

$ pip install python-social-auth

And it installed the egg without problems. So the current python-social-auth is not buildout compatible? Is it my turn to file a bug in the python-social-auth bug tracker?
