URLs to (some of) these standards, s'il vous plait.  RFCs (including
BCPs) or Internet-drafts preferred, of course, but web pages of
similar quality, intended as BCPs, would do.  No Wikipedia, please;
Wikipedia does not pretend to publish standards.
