We checked with two very large email providers who put it at less than
1% and just spot checking here it seems to be 2-3% and I expect that we're
probably on the high side of your average megacorp.
Note that discussion lists are probably the only real problem -- write-once
lists which are essentially originated from the list owner shouldn't pose a
problem for dkim.
