[Mailman-Developers] why not PageTemplates for GUI?

I actually tried to implement a u/i using ZPT a while ago and once I got
into all the i18n stuff, I found the templates essentially impossible to
read or understand.  I am hoping for a much simpler solution (or some
champion to step forth who can succeed where I failed :).

Perhaps we need an "improve the u/i" subcommittee?  If you have
thoughts, please add them to the wiki:
