I don't understand the problem. If there is a correct entry in the
VIRTUAL_HOSTS dictionary with his web domain as the key and the value
of his list's host_name attribute as the value, the
Archiver.Archiver.GetBaseArchiveURL() method should return a URL with
his web domain as the host name.
