[Mailman-Developers] Make web_page_url visible in the admin GUI?

I actually don't care what the admin URL(s) are.  That's what
bookmarks are for, and my list admins can learn to use them, too, or
they can be ex-admins.

What I would like is for it to be (a lot) easier to change the user
URLs, because there presentation matters.
