[Mailman-Developers] XMLRPC Patch

Barry et al. --

Here is the unified patch that Joseph and I have agreed upon. Given it's
a little over 1000 lines total, if you'd like us to discuss some of the
design decisions that went into the patch, we'd be happy to. Both he and
I agree that the end result of our efforts is better than either of our
individual contributions -- hope you agree.
