[Mailman-Developers] changeMemberAddress() preserving neither nomail nor topics

"pointer-gaim" mentioned on IRC that bin/clone_member was not copying  
the nomail flag to the newly cloned member.

It looks like OldStyleMemberships's changeMemberAddress() was  
preserving neither nomail (now that simply copying the user's flags is  
not enough) nor any topics the original member was subscribed to.  I've  
submitted a patch for one way that can be fixed.
