[Mailman-Developers] Mailman menu items

Hello,

I asked this question last week.  Someone said that it might be in the
General.py file.
I could not find it there.

I was able to remove the right most column of menu items by changing
some code in the admin.py

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could remove some menu items in the
first two columns.

We would like to modify the menu options for Mailman.  We would like
to
remove the Language Options Link and a few more. 

Can this be done? 
What file should be modify?
