[Mailman-Developers] preventing double messages

Hello,

I'm on a few lists of 1 and the same mailman.
It occurs that someone sends 1 e-mail to multiple of those lists.
Then i get the same message more than once.

This could be prevented:
For every incoming mail:
Not start sending to all members of all receiving lists right away, but hold
a temp-list in memory of all receiving members for this particular message.
Then when all lists are processed, remove doubles from the temp-list and
THEN send.
