[Mailman-Developers] Bug in Mailman version 2.1.1 -- ASCII decoding error

Dear developers,
I got this from a user of one of my mailing list,
where I have allowed all possible languages for a user interface
-- and I *do* get bad errors that kill the outgoing runner, seen
   mostly when users chose "ja" (Japanese) and "fr" (French)

Can you advise me (as site and list administrator) what I could
/ should do and try?

Is this the proper mailing list?

I have the following bug when I click on the button "Résilier"
(unsubscribe in french) after having received the mail with the URL for
unsubscription. As a result, I can not unsubscribe !
