[Mailman-Developers] RFE: list-rules field

When someone has a free moment, this shouldn't
be difficult to do ;-)

If there were a field "rules", usable in the 
templates as <MM-list-rules>, 
it would be a bit easier to maintain multiple
lists with a single custom subscriber interface.

Yes, I know I could include the Rules of 
the House with the list description, but
I like flexibility in layout...
