All went fine until i ran bin/arch

Seems that the install did not make all the *.py files to *.pyc in
~/mailman/Mailman/Archiver/
/arch has some errors, it can not find /Archiver/HyperArch.pyc
How to convert *.py to *.pyc by hand?
