Running it less often makes your system less responsive.  It could be
as much as 10 minutes between the time your mail server gets the
message and Mailman processes and resends it.

But, on a quiet system, qrunner shouldn't take up much cpu.  With
MM2.1 it's even less because you don't have the costs of starting up
Python each time.
