[Mailman-Developers] my encoding problem: fixed!

I am seeing only email-2.4.3.tar.gz but email 2.3 and email 2.4.3 directory's are both setup, misc/Makefile seem to be using
email-2.4.3, I do cvs update and ./configure.

Could you have missed a ./configure to regenerate misc/makefile?
