Not on a large site, no.

But 2.1 changes the queueing enough that I'd put this on hold until we see
if it's still a problem in 2.1. I certainly don't think it should be
examined in 2.0.x, and we don't have any real info on whether 2.1 needs
tweaking for really large/high-volume sites.
