You need to tail your logs/error file.  Messages get sent to shunt
when there's a bug in Mailman so there should be a traceback in the
error log.

The idea is that you <wink> fix the bug, then run bin/unshunt to
complete delivery of those messages.  It doesn't do any good to
unshunt a message while the bug still exists.
