[Mailman-Developers] Strange Reply-To in 2.1b2

Hello mailman-developers,

with 2.1b2 often (but not always, I am not yet able to say exactly when) the
Reply-To field of a message posted in reply of another has this value:

Reply-To: Luigi Rosa <lrosa@venus.it>, staff@mail.hypertrek.info

where the first mail is the personal mail of the person who replied and the
second is the address of the list.

Is this a bug or a feature?
