Summary: configurable approval timeout

Initial Comment:
Please make the reminder timeout for postings requiring
approval configurable. Not every list is equally urgent
and many could wait longer for the admin to get around
to dealing with the approvals and do more at once. I
hate getting email every couple of hours telling me to
deal with a pending item.
