[Mailman-Developers] adding old list archives to web archive?

I've got a mailing list that I took over in December of last year,
but now have received copies (in mbox format) of list archives going
back to 1997 or so.  Is there a way to add these posts to the web-based
archive *without* disturbing the stuff thats already there (I dont have
mbox-format of the current archives)?  Or, anybody know where I can 
find a stand-alone version of pipermail to convert the mbox file to
a web-based archive?
