[Mailman-Developers] mailman 2.1a3: gate_news requires mimelib, old email package listed

Oops.  Yes, a bug.

The distutils don't seem to include "uninstall", which is
a mistake IMO.  But the real reason is that the version number
didn't get bumped, another bug.
