Are they really filtering based on `Precedence: bulk' and calling
it spam?  I doubt many spammers are polite enough to add that
header. ;P  If they are only placing it into a bulk folder though
and not calling it spam that seems like an okay thing to do. :/

I beleive both of your issues were previously discussed on the
list though so you might want to dig into the archives if you are
interested in past discussion.
