I've been whacking on this today, and I thought I'd pass off a copy.
If you want to see this in action, take a quick gander at

It doesn't include some minor tweaks to the text in HTMLformatter.py,
but those are fairly minor rewordings. Once I'm done, I'll get the
whole thing packaged up.
