[Mailman-Developers] lowercase listnames?

Some (many?) of us have no problem using case to distinguish things,
and rely on it for modes of expression.

Sure.  "rm" causes problems for some users, too.

...and that's appropriate, since the SMTP systems won't deal with that
either...

...and this ought to be as true for the list name as it is for
the user addresses.
