[Mailman-Developers] lowercase listnames?

That may be, but if I'd like my list to be called MyList as opposed
to mylist, why should Mailman dictate that it can't?

For duplicate-checking, sure, lowercase it internally, but it
seems wrong to lowercase it in places where it doesn't matter.
