[Mailman-Developers] Archives Problem/

Hi guys, 
I posted this query to Mailman users, and got no response. My boss is going
through me for a short cut over this, so I hope you can help.

Basically , My archives don't appear to be updating, and I'm recieving "bogus
archive directory" messages from the cronjobs. 

Anyone know what might cause this and how to fix?
