[Mailman-Developers] Changing email address

Right now, I have a big block of text on the options template telling
people that to change their subscription address, they must
resubscribe/unsubscribe.  This is good, because it's a moderately
common need, but being able just to change the address is better.

1. Any plans to have an integrated "change of address" facility in the
   future?  Please.
2. Otherwise, any chance that the distributed options template might be
   patched to include this kind of text?  An example diff is attached.
