[Mailman-Developers] features suggestion: languages

Hi!

	I am offering myself to help translate MailMan to spanish.

	Juan Carlos: si quieres, puedo ayudar, solo contactame via mail.

	Personally, I like the idea of having several language options at
installation time and choosing one.
