[Mailman-Developers] upgraded to b9, .../lists/* permission is faulty

Hello,

After upgrading from b7 to b9 (make install, make upgrade) almost
everything seemed to work. 

At the first admin move it turned out that somehow the list directories
(.../lists/* dirs) lost their www-uid owner and got mailman owner somehow.
This is bad, since cgi can't rename (/move) db files that way. Maybe
ought to be fixed.

(chown'ing back to www those dirs solved the problem.)
