[Mailman-Developers] "User 0 lacks a password"

Hi-

Ok, I got this error from the list:

Mailman noticed in .MailUserPassword() that:

    User: 0
    List: mhs-alumni

lacks a password.  Please notify the Mailman system manager at this
site!

Now, there is no user with email address "0" (you probably guessed
that).  I don't know how to further track down what caused this.  Ideas
anyone?  This is from CVS just after the update which fixed the capital
letters/password issue (soon after the checkin at 1:55 CST on March 5).
