If it does appear that Mailman is somehow generating these multiple
bounce-events entries, you might compare your BounceRunner.py to the
2.1.15 base at https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-
coders/mailman/2.1/view/1357/Mailman/Queue/BounceRunner.py to see if
there might be some corruption.
