[Bug 1291038] [NEW] cron/nightly_gzip throws NameError if given -h option.

Public bug reported:

The -h/--help option attempts to internationalize the docstring to print
the help, but it neglects to import the required i18n module.

The same NameError occurs if it attempts to print the usage due to a
command error.
