[Bug 1403462] [NEW] listaddr and listadmin variables have not properly substituted in invite.txt template

Public bug reported:

When I invite new users using default template for Russian, it comes
with

%(listaddr)s
%(listadmin)s

variables not properly substituted.

If I use %(listname)s@%(hostname)s and %(listowner)s instead they work
properly.
