[Bug 672437] [NEW] wishlist: GNU homepage - provide single HTML for documentation

Please provide one single HTML page. This has the benefit of:

- Caching the page in the browser for offline reading
- Ability to conveniently search forward / backward across whole document

You might want to do the same for the rest of the documentation pages as
well.
