Do you have a problem or not?

Can you visit Mailman's web interface without the "We hit a bug"
response?

If you cannot, and you don't have any message in Mailman's error log,
either the log is not where you think it is or there are permissions
issues in writing it.

Try running Mailman's bin/check_perms.
