Initial Comment:
When an administrator's e-mail address is entered in the 
general options, that address appears in the footer of 
the listinfo page. For instance

listname list run by someone at somehost

but the mailto link under "someone at somehost" is 
still "mailto:listname-owner at listhost".

Yes, I know that the entire page can be replaced with 
other HTML, but can there be an option to make the 
text for the link agree with the mailto, e.g.  "listname-
owner at listhost" instead of "advertising" what may be a 
real person's address as something associated with the 
list?
