[IronPython] Trouble with IP 7.0 and VS 2010

  Hi Dino

I remembered last night that I'd installed VS 2010 Pro over an RC 
version.  Of course uninstalling VS never really seems to remove 
everything, so I did a clean install of my OS and VS 2010, and now 
IronPython integrations with VS 'seems' to be working.

Not sure why I forgot this important guideline when messing around with 
RCs ;-)

I will still try to build externally, just for the fun of it!
