[IronPython] IronPython 0.9.6 released

The GotDotNet website occassionally has problems as the development team works on it. I am going to pass your feedback to the GotDotNet developers to let them know our community is negatively affected by it.

Thanks for the feedback, it is important to let us know of these problems too so that we can talk to the right people to get things fixed!
