[IPython-dev] Renumber cells for nbconvert

Hi Thomas,
Yes, it does break that, which is unfortunate.  What about automatic 
figure numbering?

Of course, the low-tech solution is to tell everyone that they have to 
make sequentially-numbered section headings or something similar.
