[IPython-dev] Removing pyparsing from IPython.external, any objections?

Hi all,

in the past we've been shipping a (possibly outdated) copy of
pyparsing in IPython.external, but right now that code is unused by
IPython itself.  We'd like to get rid of it and simply let external
users who may need it use a system copy of pyparsing, rather than
carry around unused, untested code like this:
