[IPython-dev] Octave Magic

Hey folks, I am the author of oct2py.  First, thanks to Stefan van der
Walt for writing Octave magic.

I saw on your IPython 0.13 release notes that h5py is required in
addition to oct2py for Octave magic.

As of version 0.3.1, I use scipy.io instead of h5py for file transfer,
if you would like to update your docs.
