[IPython-dev] documentation correction - 0.11.rc4

I noticed in the %magic interactive help, after "%recall" there seems to be
some content missing and the "%rep" is not starting on a line by itself.
Then there seems to be a repeat of %rep after %rehashx and %reload_ext are
included.

I was also wondering if it has ever been considered to add a blank line
between the sections here ("%recall" and "%rep", e.g.). It would surely help
readability and allow quicker location of the desired info.
