[IPython-dev] Fwd: [ipython] ipython-qtconsole uses 100% CPU (#588)

no 100% usage on EPD 7.1 on OSX (both 32-bit and 64-bit) using the
current master (53d497b1).  I'll test it on Windows tomorrow.
