[IPython-dev] New wiki up for IPython

Hi folks,

we now have

http://wiki.ipython.org

as a mediawiki installation for IPython.

There's no content there yet, over the next few days we'll try to
migrate old content that wasn't in the docs, installing the mediawiki
reST extension so we can continue editing with reST (for ease of
transfer to the docs).

I hope this change will make the wiki experience a smoother one.
