[IPython-dev] IPythonQt GSoC update

Hi guys.

I'm upgrading the branch to the format 2a (or something, and it's awfully
slow), when this is over i'm going to push the documentation about the
project, it's still a little raw but since it's a prerequisite it is pretty
urgent.
Ii'm goint to write something deeper during the day but please, atl least go
into the blog and make some comments to help me with this.
