[IPython-dev] More iptest weirdness

Tried this and got more annoying errors. A weird crash in 
IPython.tests.test_iplib.test_user_setup. It seems the tempdirectory 
that has been created and verified as existing can not be found by 
shutil.rmtree. Very strange...

There are also a bunch of failures due to missing dependencies, see 
attachment.
