[IPython-dev] Docs: authorship listing

Howdy,

we were considering to just list the authorship of the docs similarly
to the rest of the project as "ipython dev team".  This will give us a
simple policy as more and more people add contributions, since that
can be easily listed in the history/credits section of the docs, while
having 20 authors and 50 contributors on the title page gets a bit
silly (particle physics papers with 1000 authors not withstanding :)

Hopefully this highlights further how this has become a truly collective effort.

If nobody opposes, we'll just do that for the final 0.9, for which now
only doc fixes are going in.
