Hi all,

I was writing a response about the new pydb control flag and went to
check how it works for the user, only to find out that it's not
actually documented in the man page.

Please: if you add new flags to the system, it is NOT appropriate to
leave them undocumented.  Every single flag that is recognized by
ipython at the command line should have an entry in the manpage and
the manual, period.  Having undocumented flags that were simply
mentioned in a changelog or release notes is completely unacceptable.
