[IPython-dev] Branched for 0.7.3 - time for rc1?

I just branched the trunk for 0.7.3. If you are tracking svn, do

svn switch http://ipython.scipy.org/svn/ipython/ipython/branches/0.7.3

In the ipython root directory now.

I think this could be the time to put out a release candidate.
Fernando, can you build and upload the candidate (current state of
0.7.3 branch) to the "testing" directory of the official download
site? I already changed Release.py.
