[Inpycon] Proposal for PyCon India 2020 in Bangalore, India

Hi Ritesh,

A suggestion or query I thought to discuss here is

I think conferences should be given 1.5 days with the rest 0.5 days being
given to workshop(or dev sprint). My reasoning is that workshops are
immersive than the conferences (by the virtue of the time allotted to them)
which are more shallow since the user gets a higher view of the problem
being solved than the workshops. This would also supplement the belief that
workshops would be better at getting hands-on faster than the conferences.
Also, workshops provide a low level and a more practical view of the
problem being solved.

What does the community think?

Thanks,
